Job Description

What you will do:

• Serve as a key member of our software engineering team and contribute to establishing best practices.
• Provide guidelines and support for the software engineering team.
• Understand business requirements to develop mobile and web applications.
• Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Discover and debug issues, refactor code, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Apply principles of security, performance, and scalability in daily work.
• Collaborate with Product, Solution, and Quality teams to enhance automated testing capabilities.
• Share knowledge and document processes as part of your workflow.
• Explore emerging technologies and assess their benefits for the team.
• Research market trends for similar products and compare results.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Understanding of operating large-scale production systems.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.
• Proficiency with frameworks such as ReactJs and NodeJs.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture, RESTful API, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
• Experience in developing mobile-first responsive UI/UX applications.
• Experience with logging, monitoring, and performance management tools like MongoDB Atlas, Firebase Analytics, Bugsnag.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gitlab, Github, Jenkins.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
