Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field.
• 2+ years hands-on fullstack development.
• Proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Laravel, and PHP.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and modern web architecture.
• Experience with NextJS and Blade templating.
• Proactive, independent worker with good communication.
• Experience using AI tools during development (Copilot, Tabnine, Claude).

We are looking for a skilled and self-driven Software Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with prior experience in both frontend and backend development. You should be capable of independent work in a single component and take end-to-end responsibility for projects. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build and enhance our web applications.

What You'll Do

• Fullstack Development & Ownership


• Design, build, and maintain web applications across the full stack


• Ability to own mid sized features/ components from design to completion


• Technical Collaboration & Product Delivery


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features


• Troubleshoot and debug technical issues effectively and in a timely manner


• Understands how to deliver business value and collaborate with Products/ Stakeholders to drive business requirements


• Communicates feedback and seek for timely advice from seniors and managers whenever encountering roadblocks


• AI & Tooling Enablement


• Utilize AI tools (e.g., AI-assisted coding platforms) to enhance productivity


• Integrate and suggest tool improvements for team efficiency
