We are looking for someone who is able to:-

Manage a development team of team leads, system analyst and software engineer to deliver the application as per the project schedule.
Work with business analyst to manage the requirement
Manage the task assignment of the team member as well as the issue resolution.
Assist team members, and when necessary, perform technical analysis, to ensure the on-time delivery of a high-quality product
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports. And also to assist in legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement) process if required.
Coach, motivate and engage team members to make sure work is performed in accordance with the set software development policies, procedures and standards.
Look for area of improvement for the team and willing to take extra miles for the changes to happen.
Be competent in Project Management in software development life cycle
Demonstrate ability to anticipate and manage change in a highly dynamic environment.

What you should have:-

At least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Experience in software development life-cycle, analyzing, and system designing.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Have experience with project management and leadership skills
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

It is an added advantage if you:-

Are able to multitask, and be of assistance to others during ad-hoc projects/ tasks (if required)
Have past experience managing multi-million government projects
Posses analytical problem-solving skills.
Have a formal project management training or certification (PMP, Agile, etc.)
