About the Company

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of backend engineers in developing scalable applications primarily using Java Springboot along with other programming languages (e.g., Python, Kotlin, Go, React Native, NodeJS etc.).

  • Own and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and business goals.

  • Provide strong technical guidance, perform code reviews, and contribute to development as needed.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, and other stakeholders to define and align on project requirements and timelines.

  • Foster a high-performance, engineering-first culture with an emphasis on quality, speed, and continuous improvement.

  • Identify technical risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.

  • Continuously improve engineering processes, tools, and systems to enhance team productivity and product quality.


Requirements:
  • Minimum 8 years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership or managerial role.

  • Strong proficiency in Java Springboot Microservices and experience with one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Kotlin, Scala, Go, React Native, NodeJS, JavaScript).

  • Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, and scalable backend services.

  • Proven experience leading and growing high-performing technical teams.

  • Hands-on experience with agile development practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, or Azure).

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience working in a microservices architecture
  • Familiarity with containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

  • Exposure to DevOps practices and tools.
