Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a software development-oriented professional to assist in building and maintaining innovative applications across the entire SDLC. You will analyze requirements, design, code, test, and provide ongoing support to ensure high-quality software.

The role emphasizes debugging, performance improvement, and applying logical thinking to deliver effective solutions while encouraging independent learning and research to solve problems.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Solid understanding of MVC architecture, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Web APIs (REST/SOAP), AJAX, jQuery, and stored procedures.
• Familiarity with frameworks and tools such as Bootstrap, AngularJS, and Kubernetes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and maintenance of innovative products, features, and functionalities for existing and emerging applications throughout the SDLC.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues such as bugs, glitches, and performance bottlenecks.
• Apply problem-solving and algorithmic techniques, including debugging and logging, to improve application quality.
• Demonstrate logical thinking by understanding requirements and delivering effective solutions.
• Proactively research and learn independently to solve problems before seeking help.
