We are looking for a highly motivated software developer who is keen to build a career in one of the fastest growing FinTech companies in Singapore. The team owns and manages trading solutions within the group, where we are involved in every stage of the SDLC. On a day-to-day basis, we often work with different teams and stakeholders, apart from coding, which gives us a good understanding of the entire system architecture and high-level business direction.

This is a very hands-on and technical role, with more emphasis on backend development. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are always willing to take on new challenges, we welcome you to apply.

Responsibilities:

1. Software development, with a key focus on backend coding.
2. Participate in all other areas of SDLC except development.
3. Work with the project team to ensure UAT completion.
4. Support issues post-production.
5. Rotational support of critical systems.
6. Occasional BCP/DR exercises on weekends.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with Java (Spring Boot), C# (ASP.NET), or other OOP languages.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Good understanding of data structures, async/await, locking mechanisms.
• Team player with strong accountability.

Good to have:

• Fundamental networking knowledge.
• Experience with Message Queues or other messaging middleware.
• Interest or understanding of financial markets, especially equity trading products and concepts.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin for liaising with Mandarin-speaking associates.
