Job summary

Accenture in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced software engineer to lead enterprise workflow projects using IBM BAW/BPM, IBM BPM/Case Manager, and IBM FileNet. You will design, develop, and integrate complex workflow solutions for large-scale deployments.

You will mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and provide production support while collaborating with business analysts, architects, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure scalable, maintainable

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with IBM BAW/BPM.
• Experience with IBM BPM / Case Manager.
• Experience with IBM FileNet.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Strong SQL development and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Oracle databases.
• Experience in Open Systems environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise workflow applications using IBM BAW/BPM.
• Develop workflow, business process, and case management solutions from requirements.
• Work with IBM BPM/Case Manager and IBM FileNet platforms.
• Develop and maintain Java-based components and integrations.
• Implement integrations between workflow apps, FileNet, databases, and other systems.
• Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database-related solutions using Oracle.
• Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Mentor junior/mid developers and conduct code reviews.
• Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides.
• Participate in performance tuning and continuous improvement.
