What Will You Do? (Don’t worry, we’ll support you every step of the way!)

As a Software Consultant, you’ll be the go-to tech expert for our clients — resolving issues and helping them get the best out of our platform.

You will:

Log and track support tickets (think of yourself as a tech detective!)

Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat (we’re big on helpful service!)

Understand client needs and guide them on using our software

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with confidence

Follow up to ensure client satisfaction

Escalate complex issues to your Manager when needed

Build strong, positive relationships with clients (make their day!)

Are a fresh graduate or have 1+ years of experience in IT or HR-related fields
(More experience? You may be considered for a managerial role!)

Have excellent written and spoken English

Enjoy solving problems and helping others

Work well both independently and in a team

Are comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Bonus: Familiarity with SQL, HR systems, or delivering training sessions!
