Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Architecture: Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance mobile applications.
• Technical Leadership: Provide guidance on best practices, frameworks, and tools for mobile development.
• React Native Expertise: Build and optimize cross-platform mobile applications using React Native, ensuring seamless performance on both iOS and Android.
• Code Quality & Standards: Establish coding guidelines, review code, and drive improvements in development processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
• Performance Optimization: Implement strategies to improve app performance, security, and maintainability.
• Research & Innovation: Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in mobile application development.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React Native/Flutter on cross-platform development.
• Proven experience designing and architecting mobile applications from concept to deployment.
• Strong knowledge of iOS and Android SDKs, APIs, and development tools.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, MobX, or similar).
• Familiarity with backend integration (RESTful APIs, GraphQL, Firebase, etc.).
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and responsive design.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with native development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java).
• Knowledge of mobile security best practices.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
