Software Architect

Monitor and analyze industry trends in automotive infotainment systems (IVI) and vehicle networking. Lead research on the technical roadmap and innovation strategies for digital cockpit products, driving the definition and iterative updates of functional strategies and platform planning.

1. Oversee end-to-end technical requirements analysis and system-level solution design. Translate product requirements into scalable technical proposals, and decompose core module functionalities with clear technical implementation paths.
2. Deeply understand the company’s software platform infrastructure and business logic. Establish standardized development guidelines for software components and promote platform-oriented interface design for cross-project reusability.
3. Lead technical breakthroughs in critical functions and resolve complex system-level challenges, ensuring high-quality delivery of key modules throughout project execution.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related fields. 5+ years of hands-on development experience in IVI systems (AAOS/Linux/QNX). Candidates with AAOS system-level architecture design or digital instrument cluster development experience are preferred.
2. Expertise in Android Automotive architecture and CDD compatibility standards. Practical experience with GAS certification will be a strong advantage.
3. Proficient in multi-domain subsystem design for digital cockpits (network communication, power management, graphics rendering, audio-video processing, virtualization, functional safety), with proven cross-module system integration capabilities.
4. Familiarity with leading industry players’ infotainment system solutions. Ability to conduct competitive technical benchmarking and formulate differentiated competitiveness strategies.
5. Forward-thinking mindset with strong product sense. Thrives under pressure with excellent execution, root-cause analysis skills, and innovative problem-solving capabilities.
6. Outstanding cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to drive technical decisions through precise documentation. Fluency in English for technical documentation and professional communication.
