Location: Koilandy, Kerala

Salary: Negotiable (As per industry standard)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Timing: 10am-6:30pm

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to improve the professional and interpersonal skills of our candidates. As a trainer, you will play a crucial role in developing communication, teamwork, leadership, and other essential soft skills. Your contribution will directly impact the success and career readiness of the trainees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Conduct engaging training sessions covering communication, leadership, teamwork, time management, and emotional intelligence.
  • Facilitate both theoretical and practical learning experiences.
  • Curriculum Development: Develop, update, and customize training materials to meet organizational needs and candidate profiles.
  • Utilize diverse training methodologies to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Class Management: Maintain daily class attendance records and monitor participant progress. Ensure 100% attendance by addressing absenteeism and effectively engaging candidates.
  • Field Exposure: Organize and conduct field visits to provide hands-on learning opportunities.
  • Reporting: Submit accurate and timely reports to the Center Head and Head Office. Maintain regular communication with the Center Manager and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Performance Metrics: Work towards achieving optimal passing percentages for the batch. Actively participate in placement activities and guide candidates for successful career transitions.
  • Candidate Support: Collaborate with mobilizers to identify and onboard suitable candidates.
