Social Media Specialist [WFH | Fresh/Exp Welcomed] P9

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Job Responsibilities

Design and maintain a strategic content calendar aligned with marketing goals, audience insights, and competitor analysis.

Conduct thorough content research and develop detailed briefs that reflect the company’s brand voice and messaging.

Write persuasive, emotionally resonant copy for various formats, leveraging storytelling, sales psychology, and platform-specific language to boost engagement and conversions.

Collaborate with the sales team to create content that addresses objections, enhances credibility, and motivates action.

Publish a minimum of five posts weekly across diverse platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

Engage actively with the online community to build relationships and strengthen brand loyalty.

Track content performance and user engagement metrics, using data insights to refine content strategies and maximize results.

Utilize content strategically to attract potential customers and generate qualified leads for the sales team.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Chinese writing or copywriting work. (Portfolio needed)

Proven track record in persuasive copywriting, with demonstrated ability to craft compelling hooks, captions, CTAs, and scripts that align with brand voice and drive engagement and conversions.

Strong video editing and graphic design skills, with a portfolio showcasing creative and effective visual content.

In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their algorithms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese.

Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
