Jora Malaysia is seeking a Social Media Manager to create engaging content and manage multi-platform campaigns. You will craft copy, visuals, and videos, ensuring alignment with brand voice and audience preferences.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 1-2 years) in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and concise copy.
Proficiency in term of speaking and writing in three (3) languages (English, Mandarin & Malay). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Facebook Insights, Google Analytics).
Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling, with an eye for visual aesthetics and design.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Knowledge of performance ads, graphic design and video editing skills is a plus.
Up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices.
A proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
Content Creation:
Craft compelling and diverse content for a range of social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
Produce a variety of content formats such as photos, videos, graphics, stories, polls, and live streams.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and target audience preferences.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute content ideas that support overall marketing objectives.
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to achieve specific goals, such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, generating leads, enhancing customer loyalty and maintaining community.
Keep up to date with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to identify opportunities for engagement, optimize content performance and maintain a competitive edge.
Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with overall marketing initiatives and campaigns.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage analytics tools to track and analyze the effectiveness of our social media endeavors, providing regular reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.
Content Calendar Management:
Create and manage a content calendar outlining the publishing schedule for social media content, ensuring consistency and variety in posting frequency.
Coordinate content creation, approval, and scheduling with internal teams and external partners as necessary.
Remain organized and adaptable, ready to adjust content plans in response to real-time events, trends, and emerging opportunities.
