Job description

We are seeking a highly creative and results-oriented Social Media Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in leveraging social media platforms to showcase the elegance, craftsmanship, and exclusivity of luxury timepieces. You will be instrumental in cultivating our online community, reflecting our brand's prestige, and ultimately contributing to our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content calendar aligned with marketing objectives and brand guidelines.

Create compelling, high-quality visual content (photos, videos, graphics) and engaging copy tailored for each platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).

Showcase new arrivals, limited editions, brand stories, watchmaking techniques, and lifestyle content relevant to luxury watch enthusiasts.

Conduct photoshoots and video shoots of watches, ensuring optimal lighting, styling, and presentation.

Stay abreast of current social media trends, tools, and best practices to continually optimize content performance.

Platform Management & Engagement:

Manage and maintain all social media profiles, ensuring consistent branding and up-to-date information.

Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, responding promptly and professionally to foster positive customer relationships.

Actively engage with followers, industry influencers, and relevant communities to build brand loyalty and expand reach.

Identify and collaborate with micro and macro-influencers within the luxury lifestyle or watch niche.

Implement strategies to increase follower count, engagement rates, and website traffic.

Campaign Management & Advertising:

Plan, execute, and monitor paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads) to achieve specific marketing goals (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, sales).

Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives and targeting to optimize campaign performance.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, conversions, ROI) using relevant analytics tools.

Provide regular insights and recommendations for optimizing social media strategy based on data analysis.

Stay informed about competitor social media activities and industry benchmarks.

Brand Advocacy & Customer Service:

Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all social media communications align with our luxury brand image and tone of voice.

Address customer inquiries and feedback on social media platforms, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Qualifications:

Proven work experience (X years) as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably within the luxury goods, fashion, or watch industry.

Demonstrable expertise in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for business purposes.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with impeccable grammar and a keen eye for detail.

Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Canva).

Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).

Basic photography and videography skills with an understanding of lighting and composition for product showcases.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

A genuine passion for luxury watches and an understanding of their craftsmanship and heritage is a significant advantage.

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
