Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategies: Plan and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve brand goals and objectives.
  • Create and Curate Engaging Content: Generate a variety of content, including posts, images, videos, and articles, tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage Social Media Accounts and Profiles: Maintain, update, and optimize social media profiles across various platforms.
  • Monitor and Respond to Audience Comments and Messages: Actively engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and address feedback or concerns promptly.
  • Analyze Performance Metrics and Create Reports: Use analytics tools to track key performance indicators, analyze data, and generate regular reports on social media performance.
  • Stay Updated on Industry Trends and Best Practices: Keep abreast of emerging trends, algorithm changes, and evolving social media best practices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and PR Teams: Coordinate efforts with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and campaigns.
  • Protect and Enhance the Brand's Online Reputation: Monitor brand mentions and manage online reputation by addressing negative feedback and promoting positive content.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
