A growing company in Selangor is seeking a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & Marketing Executive to enhance their online presence. In this role, you'll create content, manage social media accounts, and engage with customers. We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Social Media & Marketing Executive to manage our social media presence, promote our brand online, and support customer engagement. This person will be responsible for creating and scheduling content, replying to online enquiries, arranging appointments with potential clients, and capturing project photos and videos for marketing purposes. Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
Plan, create, and post engaging content (photos, videos, stories, reels, etc.)
Take photos and videos of completed interior/cabinet projects
Edit and upload finished project content to social media platforms and company portfolio
Run basic Facebook/Instagram Ads to attract new leads
Reply to comments and messages on social media platforms
Communicate with potential leads to qualify them and set appointments with the sales team
Assist in writing captions, simple ads, and promotional content
Suggest and implement monthly content strategies and campaigns
Track post performance and engagement (likes, views, enquiries)
At least 1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or marketing
Good photography and video skills (can use phone or camera)
Able to edit photos/videos using mobile apps or basic editing software (e.g., CapCut, Canva, VN)
Basic knowledge of running Facebook Ads or boosting posts
Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
Organized, creative, and able to work independently
Passion for interior design / renovation industry is a plus
Experience in customer service or lead management
Knows how to use social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram insights)
Able to drive to project sites
