A leading recruitment agency is seeking a digital content creator to enhance brand presence on social media platforms like TikTok and Xiao Hong Shu. The ideal candidate will have a minimum diploma in marketing and at least one year of relevant experience in content creation. Responsibilities include developing engaging content, monitoring trends, and collaborating with influencers. The role demands creativity, the ability to analyze metrics, and effective communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Plan, create, and manage engaging short-form video content for TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and other social platforms.
Develop and execute creative digital campaigns to boost brand awareness and drive traffic.
Monitor social media trends, especially on short video platforms, and apply insights to marketing strategies.
Work closely with the design and content teams to produce high-quality, attention-grabbing reels.
Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content reach and engagement.
Engage with the online community and respond to comments or feedback promptly.
Coordinate influencer and KOL collaborations to expand online presence.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in marketing or digital content creation.
Proven experience handling TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, and other short video platforms.
Skilled in shooting, editing, and publishing short reels that attract high traffic.
Strong knowledge of social media trends and algorithm behavior.
Creative, energetic, and up-to-date with viral content strategies.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an advantage for dealing with Mandarin-speaking principals.
Possess own transport and willing to travel if needed.
Must be willing to work in Kempas.
