Job Responsibility

Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute a content calendar for Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.
  • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
  • Research and implement trending topics, hashtags, and best practices for each platform.
  • Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and audience interactions.

Content Creation & Posting

  • Create engaging and visually appealing posts, reels, carousels, and short-form videos.
  • Write compelling captions, headlines, and hashtags to drive engagement.
  • Ensure timely scheduling and posting of content.

Public Speaking & Video Content

  • Confidently speak in front of the camera for video content creation.
  • Host and record educational, promotional, and interactive videos.
  • Conduct live sessions, webinars, or Q&A sessions when required.

Video Production & Editing

  • Handle basic video recording and editing for short-form and long-form content.
  • Work with graphic designers or video editors for enhanced content production.
  • Use mobile apps or professional software for basic video editing when needed.

Performance Analysis & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media metrics to measure success and engagement.
  • Prepare reports with insights and recommendations for content improvement.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance data and audience preferences.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram).
  • Strong public speaking skills and confidence in appearing on camera.
  • Ability to record, edit, and produce video content using standard tools.
  • Creative thinking and content planning skills.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.).
  • Excellent writing skills for social media captions and engagement.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms efficiently.
