We are seeking a responsible, creative, and data-driven Social Media Executive to grow our presence and ensure content aligns with client's brand. The role involves creating trend-driven content, analyzing performance to optimize engagement, and supporting the team in managing platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and XHS.

What you will be doing
  • Manage the social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) including content creation, posting, and engagement.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns in line with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, etc.) and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Create engaging visual and video content.
  • Monitor different social media trends, challenges, and features to create innovative content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Coordinate influencer engagement, KOL campaigns, and paid media advertising.
  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and online feedback to maintain strong brand reputation.
  • Stay updated on digital and social media trends to ensure innovative approaches.
  • Ad-hoc duties as directed by supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably in retail, F&B, or lifestyle industries.
  • Creative, digital-savvy, and familiar with current content trends.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling, branding, and aesthetics.
  • Proactive in staying ahead of emerging trends and understanding audience preferences to create relevant content.
  • Proficient in design and video editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Skilled in producing engaging graphics, videos, and multimedia content for both digital platforms and print.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in visual execution, brand consistency, and quality control.
  • Strong writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Willing to work during campaigns, weekends, and public holidays if required.
