Social Media Manager

Job Descriptions:

• Manage our Social Media Strategy, Relationships, Content, Lead generation, Monitoring, Measurement, and Tracking.
• Community Management/Social Media Customer Service: Monitoring and responding quickly to customer service and reputation management issues on the social web.
• Work together with the content team for the consistent updating of the Social Media Content Calendar with content, posting details, and tracking of results on various social media platforms (i.e., Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and others as designated critical to ongoing projects).
• Collaborate with the content team to create and regularly post content including but not limited to FAQs, status updates, announcements, and engagement. Provide customer service on social media platforms.
• Provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries and issues.
• Consistently track the increase in number of participants, engagement, etc.
• Create SOPs to systematize the social media engagement processes.

Job Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Social Media
• Minimum Diploma Education
• Experience in Content Creation will be an added advantage

Remuneration:
RM 3,000 - RM 5,000. Depends on years of experience.
