Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company's marketing goals.
  • Content Creation: Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms including Instagram.
  • Managing end-to-end Creative Production: from pre-production to post-production - with applied creative knowledge.
  • Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build a strong online community.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Generate reports on key metrics and use insights to optimize strategies.
  • Advertising: Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns. Manage budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Innovate and experiment with new features and platforms.
  • Crisis Management: Handle any social media crises and develop communication plans to address issues effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools, and trends.
  • Good knowledge in skincare product would be an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
