Job Responsibility

E-Commerce Strategy

  • Optimize product listings with accurate, engaging content and high-quality imagery.
  • Plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and seasonal discounts to boost sales and enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Monitor competitor trends and customer behavior to refine and improve ecommerce strategy.
  • Sell our branded products, including the Emma range, through online marketplaces such as Lazada and Shopee, with a commission plan included to incentivize sales growth.

Operational Management

  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely restocking.
  • Prepare and fulfill online orders, including managing Pick Lists, AWB documentation, and maintaining packing supplies.
  • Handle logistics and deliver packages to designated drop-off points.

Customer Experience

  • Ensure timely and effective communication with customers to resolve inquiries or complaints.
  • Maintain a positive shopping experience to foster customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Manage and execute digital campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and youtube.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies and utilize social media to increase engagement, traffic, and conversion.
  • Plan and create digital content tailored to different channels and target audiences.

Website Management

  • Oversee maintenance, updates, and performance optimization of the companyâs website to ensure a smooth and appealing user experience.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Use platform analytics tools to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, sales trends, and customer behaviors.
  • Prepare regular reports and actionable insights to support strategic decisions.

Creative Design Support

  • Design and develop marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, flyers, and digital graphics for campaigns and online platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently or within a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
