Who are we looking for

We are looking for an active, self-driven, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our social media presence. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional team player skills with effective communication skills dealing with internal and external team members. This role requires someone with leadership skills to mainly handle the overall workflow of social media management, supervise the team in meeting the Company's standard for content creation, digital designing, and content writing to ensure high quality level of targeted audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, review, and supervise junior executives to develop, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) across all social media platforms.
• To consistently ensure the brand voice, messaging, and design across all social media channels are being delivered accurately.
• Ensure visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts in line with brand guidelines are being created.
• Work with internal and external teams to produce high-quality content.
• Stay updated on visual content trends, particularly in international students targeted related service industry, to ensure consistent high-quality content and its relevance are maintained towards market demand.
• Track and evaluate social media metrics to assess the performance of content.
• Provide regular reports on social media activities, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Perform other duties as per requested by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

• Possessed at least 1 year of proven experience in handling and managing social media content for businesses within the servicing industry would be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms including but not limited to Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
• Specialized in social media engagement and high-quality content planner.
• High level of attention to detail in completing the task, leading and ensuring all visual content and content writing meet the Company’s guidelines and standards.
• Strong creative skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling and design aesthetics.
• Self-driven and possessed exceptional team player skills to work efficiently with diverse team members.
• Consistently meet the monthly targets being set.
• Action-oriented and proactive solution provider.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and design across all social media channels.
• Create visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media posts in line with brand guidelines.
• Work with internal and external teams to produce high-quality content.
• Stay updated on visual content trends, particularly in international students targeted related industry, to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to assess the performance of campaigns and content.
• Provide regular reports on social media activities, including insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Must be based in Malaysia and willing to work on-site at Cyberjaya Malaysia.
