AnyMind Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking passionate interns to support social media initiatives. You will help with planning, content creation, and campaign execution to gain hands-on experience.

You will brainstorm trend-driven content, research platform updates across Meta, TikTok, XHS, Threads, and assist with shoots and talent coordination. This role is ideal for Diploma or Degree students in Mass Comm/Advertising/Marketing who are eager to learn, collaborate, and deliver engaging

Qualifications

Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication/Advertising/Marketing.
Open to all students; internship duration minimum 3 months.
Strong communication and attention to detail.
Creative, adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Brainstorm creative, trend-driven content ideas for monthly social media calendars.
Research latest trends across Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Threads and other platforms.
Assist content planning, production coordination and shoots with talents.
Draft engaging captions in English, Malay and/or Chinese where possible.
Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
Monitor performance and help prepare monthly insights reports.
Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify brand opportunities.
Support day-to-day campaign execution and other initiatives.
