Job summary

AnyMind Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is seeking passionate interns to support social media initiatives. You will help with planning, content creation, and campaign execution to gain hands-on experience.

You will brainstorm trend-driven content, research platform updates across Meta, TikTok, XHS, Threads, and assist with shoots and talent coordination. This role is ideal for Diploma or Degree students in Mass Comm/Advertising/Marketing who are eager to learn, collaborate, and deliver engaging

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Mass Communication/Advertising/Marketing.
• Open to all students; internship duration minimum 3 months.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
• Creative, adaptable and proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm creative, trend-driven content ideas for monthly social media calendars.
• Research latest trends across Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Threads and other platforms.
• Assist content planning, production coordination and shoots with talents.
• Draft engaging captions in English, Malay and/or Chinese where possible.
• Schedule and publish content across multiple platforms.
• Monitor performance and help prepare monthly insights reports.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify brand opportunities.
• Support day-to-day campaign execution and other initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Support the team in brainstorming creative and trend-driven content ideas for monthly social media content calendars.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates and viral conversations across Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (XHS), Threads and other relevant platforms.
• Assist in content planning, production coordination and on-ground content shoots with talents and creators.
• Draft engaging social media captions and copywriting aligned with each brand's tone of voice (English, Malay and/or Chinese is a plus).
• Assist in scheduling and publishing content across various social media platforms.
• Monitor social media performance and support the team in preparing monthly reports with key insights and recommendations.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for brands.
• Support day-to‑day campaign execution and other social media initiatives as required.
