• Research and propose trending TikTok/Reels formats and adapt them for our brand
• Assist with basic video editing (cutting, trimming, subtitling, transitions)
• Organize, caption, and schedule posts using social media tools
• Craft catchy captions and select hashtags to maximize engagement
• Coordinate with the team on weekly themes and content calendar
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and look across platforms
