Job summary

Search Music Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. This full-time role is based in Puchong, Selangor.

You will develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition across platforms. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in social media marketing or a related digital marketing role.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing multiple social media platforms and understanding platform-specific best practices.
• Strong proficiency in using social media analytics tools and interpreting data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, brand-aligned content.
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas that capture audience attention.
• Experience with social media advertising platforms including Facebook Ads Manager.
• Solid understanding of SEO, SEM and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Audio Visual industry or entertainment sector is advantageous.
• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop, create and curate engaging social media content across all company platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and manage community engagement to foster positive brand relationships.
• Analyse social media metrics and performance data to evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and video content that resonates with our target audience.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform algorithms and industry best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
• Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns, optimising for reach, engagement and conversions.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform content strategy.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand partners to expand our reach and credibility.
• Report on social media performance and provide recommendations for strategic adjustments.
