Search Music Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team in Puchong, Selangor. This full-time role focuses on developing and executing social media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement and customer acquisition across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Twitter.

You will collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging content, monitor performance metrics, manage budgets, and stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

1-2 years of professional experience in social media marketing or a related digital marketing role.
Experience managing multiple social platforms and platform-specific best practices.
Proficient in social media analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with ability to generate campaign ideas.
Experience with Facebook Ads Manager or similar tools.
Solid understanding of SEO, SEM and digital marketing fundamentals.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
Strong project management and ability to meet deadlines.
Team player with good stakeholder communication.
Knowledge of the Audio Visual industry or entertainment sector is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

Develop, create and curate engaging social media content across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter).
Plan and execute social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals.
Monitor channels, respond to comments, and manage community engagement.
Analyse metrics and provide actionable insights to improve campaigns.
Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality visual and video content.
Stay updated with trends and platform algorithms to maintain competitive edge.
Manage social media advertising budgets and campaigns for reach, engagement and conversions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform content strategy.
Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand partners.
Report on performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
