Unipac Engineering is seeking a creative Graphic Designer (Social Media & Content) to join our team. The role focuses on digital and print materials, social media content planning and creative development, with collaboration across the marketing team.

We value strong design fundamentals, willingness to learn, and openness to feedback. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; candidates with 1–2 years of experience have an advantage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcome; 1–2 years of relevant experience advantageous.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for day-to-day design work.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, colour, composition and hierarchy.
• Able to work from briefs while contributing ideas and suggestions.
• Detail-oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines.
• Open to feedback and able to refine designs through revisions.
• Willing to learn and adapt across diverse projects.

Responsibilities

• Design visuals for social media posts, ads, posters, banners, brochures, EDMs and presentations.
• Create clear, visually engaging layouts with typography, colour, composition and hierarchy.
• Ensure designs align with brand identity and creative direction.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and print usage.
• Make revisions based on management and internal feedback.
• Contribute ideas for social media content and campaigns.
• Collaborate on monthly social media content planning.
• Develop content angles and formats based on objectives.
• Design and prepare social content according to posting schedule.
• Stay updated with social media trends and formats.
• Support product promotions, campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
• Work with marketing, sales, and management to translate requirements into visuals.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
• Organise artwork and assets systematically.
• Coordinate with printers for print materials when required.
• Support other design projects when workload changes.
