Ingress Motors Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a results-driven Social Media Expert & Host Live to lead our social presence from Bandar Baru Bangi. You will craft engaging content, host live sessions, and build online communities to showcase automotive offerings across major platforms.

You will drive engagement, monitor performance, and collaborate with the Marketing & Communications team to align campaigns with business goals while staying ahead of digital trends.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven live streaming and on-camera hosting skills.
• Strong video content creation and storytelling abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication adaptable to audiences.
• Experience in automotive, retail or e-commerce is a plus.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a talented Social Media Expert & Host Live to join our Marketing & Communications team on a full-time basis at our location in Bandar Baru Bangi, Selangor. In this strategic role, you will be the voice and face of Ingress Motors across our social media channels, driving engagement, building community, and showcasing our automotive offerings through dynamic live streaming and compelling digital content. You will play a crucial part in elevating our brand presence and creating meaningful interactions with our audience in the digital space.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and execute engaging social media content across all company platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
• Host and manage live streaming sessions showcasing automotive products, features and company updates
• Engage with audience members during live events, responding to comments and questions in real-time
• Monitor social media analytics and performance metrics to optimise content strategy and reach
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader business objectives
• Develop and maintain content calendars ensuring consistent posting schedules and brand messaging
• Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithm changes to maximise visibility and engagement
• Build and nurture online communities to foster brand loyalty and customer relationships
• Create short-form video content optimised for various social platforms
• Analyse competitor social media strategies and identify opportunities for differentiation

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of 2-4 years in social media management, digital marketing or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in live streaming and hosting, with excellent on-camera presence and communication skills
• Strong proficiency in creating engaging video and visual content for social media platforms
• In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their respective best practices
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to drive strategy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences
• Creative mindset with the ability to develop original content ideas and campaigns
• Experience in the automotive, retail or e-commerce sectors is highly desirable
• Proficiency with social media management tools and content creation software
• Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to trending topics and opportunities quickly
• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related discipline
