Proton AG Autoworld 4S in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Social Media Executive to manage its Facebook, Instagram and TikTok presence. The role focuses on planning posts, monitoring engagement, and coordinating campaigns.

The ideal candidate holds a marketing-related degree and has at least one year of experience, with CapCut and Canva proficiency. Mandarin is an added advantage, and you will work both independently and as part of a team.

• At least 1 year of marketing or social media management experience.
• Proficiency in CapCut and Canva.
• Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

• Monitor comments and enquiries, respond timely.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing campaigns and events.
• Track trends and platform performance; prepare performance reports.

Role Description

• Manage and maintain the company's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Plan and schedule social media posts to ensure consistent online presence.
• Monitor comments, messages and enquiries, and ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing campaigns, promotions and events.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and platform performance.
• Prepare social media performance reports and suggest improvements.
• Assist in marketing activities, campaign coordination and event coverage.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Media or any related field.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in marketing or social media management are preferred.
• Proficient in basic tools such as CapCut and Canva.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Familiar with social media platforms and management tools.
• Mandarin-speaking is an added advantage.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently and in a team.
