Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy Execution:
- Execute and manage the Pacific West & Subi social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the brand's overall marketing objectives and target audience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay updated on the latest trends in social media and performance marketing.
2. Content Creation:
- Develop content calendars for regular posting (retainer) on social media platforms (FB, IG, TikTok), ensuring a consistent brand presence.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content for all social media platforms, including static images, graphics, and video content.
- Plan, shoot, and edit videos and other multimedia content that aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with the target audience.
- Ensure content is on-brand and aligned with the brand's voice and tone.
3. Social Media Performance Marketing:
- Setup and execute paid social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to achieve key performance metrics (KPls) such as engagement, reach, conversions, and ROI.
- Optimize ad campaigns by analysing performance data, making data-driven decisions, and adjusting the strategy for maximum effectiveness and better result.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and key metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
- Ensure that ad spend aligns with the budget and that campaigns are on track to meet the set objectives.
4. Community Engagement:
- Engage with the brand's online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions across platforms.
- Foster positive interactions, build brand loyalty, and encourage customer advocacy through active community management.
- Monitor and track user-generated content (UGC) and identify opportunities for reposting and community-driven campaigns.
5. Social Media Analytics & Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on social media performance across all platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.
- Provide regular reports on social media performance, highlighting key metrics and areas for improvement.
- Use data to refine social media strategies and suggest optimization improvements.
6. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team (content, creative, brand) to ensure consistent messaging and effective cross-channel marketing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign launches and promotions to ensure timely and seamless execution.
7. Creative Content Development:
- Conceptualize and develop creative ideas for social media campaigns that engage users and reflect the brand's identity.
- Take ownership of visual storytelling through high-quality photography, video production, and editing for social media content.
- Ensure content is optimized for each social platform, with a focus on creating mobile-first content for maximum impact.
8. Stay Updated with Platform Changes:
- Keep up with the latest social media platform updates, new features, trends, and changes in
- algorithms to ensure that strategies and content are up to date.
- Experiment with new formats such as Stories, Reels, TikTok challenges, etc., to stay on top of platform trends.
9. Influencer and Brand Ambassador Collaboration:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and micro-influencers to extend the brand's reach on social media.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, and performance marketing.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and their respective ad management tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong skills in video creation and editing using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or other video editing software.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, TikTok Analytics) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
- Experience in creating compelling content for both paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Strong communication and creative skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, audience engagement, and content virality.
- Experience in managing social media for FMCG brands is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and experience in running influencer campaigns is a plus.
