Job summary

ACTS Clinic Sdn Bhd – Rasah, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a social media content creator toPlan monthly content, develop ideas for Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and film short videos for clinic activities and treatments.

The role requires hands-on editing with CapCut/Canva, strong copywriting, and a keen eye for visuals, layout and presentation. You will work with doctors and team members to deliver on-brand campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong interest in social media and content creation.
• Familiar with Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Basic filming and short-form video editing skills.
• Familiar with CapCut, Canva or other editing and design tools.
• Good copywriting skills.
• Good visual sense for layout, colours, fonts and overall presentation.
• Proactive, responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
• Willing to learn about aesthetic treatments, skincare and advertising requirements.
• Comfortable communicating with doctors, colleagues and patients.
• Comfortable appearing on camera occasionally or assisting with team videos.

Responsibilities

• Plan monthly social media content and posting schedules.
• Develop content ideas for Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Film and edit short-form videos, including Reels, clinic activities, doctor sharing and treatment introductions.
• Create simple social media visuals and educational posts.
• Draft copywriting, headlines and promotional copy.
• Keep up with current trends and propose creative content ideas.
• Assist doctors and team members during filming, including preparing scripts, props and filming setups.
• Organise and manage photos, videos and other brand assets.
• Monitor content performance, including views, engagement, follower growth and enquiries.
• Coordinate with the internal team and external marketing agencies to ensure timely content delivery.
• Ensure all content follows ACTS Clinic’s brand identity and relevant medical advertising
