The Role

Creative Ideation And Strategy

  • Generate innovative content ideas and plan monthly social media calendars for brands.
  • Develop content strategies for campaign/pitch proposals.

Content Creation

  • Create engaging content that perfectly captures our clients' unique brand personalities and achieves their business objectives. This includes content for social media, SEO, and websites.

Project & Client Management

  • Confident in presenting content ideas directly to clients.
  • Ensure smooth communication with project team members for high-quality work delivery.

Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing regular reports, insightful recommendations, and actionable adjustments to optimise future content strategies or social calendars.

Ideal Profile

What You’ll Need (Qualifications/Requirements)

  • 0 to 2 years of relevant working experience
  • BA/BS – Social Media/Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Journalism, business administration or related field of study preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Strong command of spoken and written English with a flair for writing creative copy
  • Ability to adapt style and tone of voice to suit a range of different clients and industries
  • Possess a positive mindset and always ready to learn or try new things
  • Disciplined and results-oriented, always motivated to deliver better results
  • Ability to work in fast pace environment to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Plus-Points (Bonus)

  • Experience in conducting social media photoshoots/video shoots.
  • Proficiency in using Meta Ads Manager.
