Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer

Club21 Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The Social Media Content Creator & Graphic Designer in Club 21 is responsible for developing engaging content and visually appealing designs to enhance the digital presence of a luxury retail fashion brand. This role combines storytelling with graphic design expertise to create content that aligns with the brand's identity, engages the target audience, and drives customer interaction across digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation:
  • Develop, curate, and manage content for social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Rednote and TikTok, ensuring alignment with the brand’s luxury fashion identity.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create editorial calendars and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Capture, edit, and publish high-quality photos, videos, and stories featuring curated fashion collections, influencer collaborations, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement innovative content ideas to maintain relevance and engagement.
  • Analyse performance metrics for social media campaigns and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

2. Graphic Design:

  • Design visually compelling assets for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and in-store promotional materials, ensuring consistency with the brand’s aesthetic.
  • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities with creative graphic designs.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
  • Explore creative approaches to elevate the presentation of digital and print materials.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, and retail, to align creative outputs with business objectives.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and develop innovative ideas to promote fashion collections and brand partnerships.

4. Performance Monitoring & Trend Adaptation:

  • Monitor the effectiveness of content and campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital trends and adapt content to maintain leadership in the luxury fashion space.


Requirements:

  • Diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing/ Digital Marketing, Graphic Design or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator or Graphic Designer, preferably in the fashion, luxury, or lifestyle industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and social media content (portfolio submission is required).
  • Familiarity with video editing, animation, and motion graphics is an advantage.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices in the fashion sector.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain brand consistency across various platforms.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for luxury fashion and an eye for high-quality design aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of a third language is an added advantage.
