Social Media Content Creator (Advertising Agency) at Art & Insights Sdn Bhd. Location: In-Office 4 days a week (Pavilion Damansara Office Towers), 1 day WFH. Priority will be given to applicants who include a portfolio or sample work (social media posts, videos, or designs) with their application.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Content Creator, you’ll play a key role in shaping and executing engaging content strategies for our clients. You will design, shoot, and edit social media posts and videos that resonate with audiences, while working collaboratively with a larger creative team that supports diverse advertising and marketing needs.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling social media content (static posts, stories, reels, TikToks, etc.) tailored to client accounts.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut.
• Design eye-catching graphics and layouts using Canva (or other relevant tools).
• Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, trends, and content strategies.
• Manage and prioritize multiple client projects independently while coordinating with the broader creative team.
• Occasionally appear on camera for client or agency content (preferred but not mandatory).
• Stay up to date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CapCut and Canva (portfolio or samples of past work is required for priority consideration).
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken). Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese is an advantage.
• Creative flair, with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Willingness to adapt and learn quickly.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Have experience appearing on-camera for social media videos.
