Job summary

Dilooma Sdn. Bhd. (D'looma) is seeking a creative Social Media Content Creator to produce engaging videos, graphics, and posts across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok from Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

You will plan monthly calendars, shoot and edit content, and collaborate with marketing to grow brand presence and audience engagement while keeping up with latest trends.

Qualifications

Bachelor-level qualification in broadcasting, film, marketing or communications or related field.
1–2 years of social media account development experience; fresh graduates considered.
Proficient in video shooting and editing with listed software.

Responsibilities

Job description

Create creative and engaging content (TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, graphics, pictures, written posts, stories, live sessions).

Manage company's social media accounts across various platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others.

Plan and execute monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and promotions.

Produce high-quality video, involving scriptwriting, shooting, lighting, audio setup and editing.

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and practices.

Manage posting schedule and maintain brand consistency.

Track performance metrics (views, engagement, followers, conversions).

Engage with audience through comments, DM, and live interaction.

Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to brainstorm and execute content strategies, as well as develop related topics for promotional/marketing materials.

Requirements

Possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting, Film, Marketing, Communications or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in developing social media accounts (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)

Proficiency in shooting and editing video using software such as Adobe Premier Pro, Final Cut Pro, Capcut, Canva or any related software.

Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content ideas.

Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to liaise with diverse clients, or associates across key social media platforms.
