Overview

Responsibilities
  • Community Building & Engagement
  • Build, manage, and scale active communities across platforms (Discord, Telegram, Twitter/X, etc.).
  • Develop and execute engagement campaigns, events, and AMAs to drive user participation.
  • Foster healthy discussions, provide timely updates, and respond to inquiries.
  • Design and manage ambassador programs to empower community leaders and advocates.
  • Identify, nurture, and support power users and key opinion leaders.
  • Content & Communication
  • Monitor narratives and trends in the DeFi industry to create relevant daily content.
  • Translate complex Web3/crypto concepts into accessible, user-friendly communication.
  • Craft crypto-native content (memes, emojis, threads, short-form posts) that resonates with culture.
  • Create social media collateral (images, videos, graphics) when needed.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration & Feedback
  • Act as the liaison between the community and internal teams, gathering insights to inform product, marketing, and strategy.
  • Work closely with design, content, operations, and other teams to deliver aligned messaging.
  • Analytics & Insights
  • Track and analyze community and social metrics to measure engagement, growth, and sentiment.
  • Provide actionable insights to refine marketing campaigns and improve community strategy.
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media management (Web3/crypto experience strongly preferred).
  • Expert-level understanding of cryptocurrency, DeFi, and derivatives markets.
  • Strong knowledge of perpetual DEXs (perp trading platforms) is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling Web3 communities across multiple platforms.
  • Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken) with excellent grammar skills.
  • Web3 fluent — comfortable with memes, crypto culture, and community-driven narratives.
  • Hands-on experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe, or similar) to create collateral.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues independently.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with the ability to pivot quickly.
  • Collaborative team player with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
