Job description

Assist in planning and creating content (photos, videos, captions) for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Schedule and post content consistently.

Respond to messages, comments, and customer inquiries online.

Monitor engagement and provide basic reporting (likes, shares, reach).

Take photos/videos of our laundry shops, services, and promotions.

Suggest ideas to improve our online visibility and engagement.

Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and festive greetings.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Able to take photos/videos using a phone.

Creative, reliable, and responsible.

Good communication skills in Malay and English.

Based in Johor (Skudai area preferred).

Fresh graduates or interns are encouraged to apply.

Added Advantage:

Basic editing skills (Canva, CapCut, or similar).

Own transport for occasional shop visits.

Monday - Friday (8.30am-5.30pm)

Saturday (8.30am-12.30pm)
