A dynamic marketing company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and enhance its online presence. The ideal candidate will develop and implement engaging content across platforms, optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in marketing and experience with social media management. The position is full-time and remote, offering flexible hours when needed for campaigns.
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will develop engaging content, drive brand awareness, and foster community engagement to support our overall marketing strategy.
Develop, implement, and manage a social media and digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Create high-quality, engaging, and brand-consistent content (text, images, videos, infographics).
Plan and maintain a content calendar for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X/Twitter, RedNote, WeChat, etc.).
2. Social Media Management
Publish and monitor daily posts on all relevant social media channels.
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community engagement.
Monitor trends and incorporate relevant topics to keep content fresh and engaging.
3. Campaigns & Advertising
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) and email marketing campaigns.
Optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversions.
Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, suggesting improvements.
Update website content to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.
Apply ongoing SEO and technical enhancements to boost search rankings and performance.
Drive targeted campaign traffic to maximise conversions.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Monitor KPIs (engagement rate, follower growth, impressions, click-through rates).
Provide monthly performance reports and actionable recommendations.
Use analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.) to measure ROI.
Required:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer, EDM, etc.).
Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills
Preferred:
Experience with paid social media advertising.
Basic graphic design and video editing skills.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices.
