Job summary

Swisslog is seeking a Cyber Security Incident Responder in Malaysia to monitor, investigate, triage and respond to cybersecurity incidents across the enterprise. You will work within established SOC procedures, coordinate containment and remediation, and document actions in case management systems.

• Monitoring, investigating, triaging and responding to cybersecurity incidents.
• Working within SOC procedures and SLAs.
• Collaborating with IT and security teams across the globe.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily security monitoring and incident response activities.
• Monitor and respond to security alerts using Microsoft Sentinel and Defender XDR.
• Document investigations and remediation actions in case management systems.
• Contribute to detection improvements and automation through SOAR playbooks.
• Manage multiple investigations and priorities simultaneously.
