About The Department
Job Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the smooth operation of daily branch activities, including supervising front-line staff and authorizing banking transactions through effective branch sales and service management.
  2. Manage staff performance, development, and provide coaching, mentoring, and training.
  3. Maintain high standards of operational control and audit compliance.
  4. Deliver efficient service to meet customers’ banking needs.
  5. Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and initiatives.
  6. Ensure timely submission of regulatory reports such as Cash BOP reporting, KRCSA, and KORI.
  7. Comply with the Bank’s policies, guidelines, and regulations at all times.
  8. Foster good relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
  1. A recognized Degree in any field.
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience in branch operations.
  3. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  4. Strong customer service mindset and enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations.
  5. Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
