  • Proficient in Scrum and waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for change and release management as per bank's processes.
  • Coordinate SIA and TDA approvals for change deployments.
  • Lead process optimization for specific GPO.

Job description

Job Summary

Key contributor to various Service management deployment initiatives.
Responsible for change and release management as per bank’s processes.
Identify potential implications of modules over existing ones.
Prepare the ADO pipeline for releases and secure approvals.
Coordinate SIA and TDA approvals for change deployments.
Participate in design thinking discussions.

Technical Skills

5+ years of change and release experience on ServiceNow Platform (ITSM or HRSD modules).
Over 5 years of IT experience across SDLC roles.
Understand ServiceNow features.
Proficient in Scrum and waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of Generative AI is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Regulatory & Business Conduct

Exhibit exemplary conduct, uphold Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Lead process optimization for specific GPO.
Collaborate to identify, escalate, mitigate, and resolve risk and compliance issues.

  • Tech Hive Lead, CPO, POs, HR Business teams, Business Heads

Qualifications

  • Graduation from a reputable university
  • SCRUM Master Certified (preferred)
  • English language proficiency
