SNR FINANCE EXEC / ASST FINANCE MANAGER / FINANCE MANAGER

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Executive, Assistant Finance Manager, or Finance Manager to join our dynamic team at AGENSI PEKERJAAN CITYRECRUIT SDN BHD. This is a contract position based in Cyberjaya, Selangor. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality financial services and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and analyzing financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Providing financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making
• Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
• Maintaining internal controls and compliance with relevant financial regulations
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior finance team members

What we're looking for

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in a similar role or industry
• Strong technical knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
• Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
