Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily attendance and presence of production operators.

Execute production tasks according to the planned schedule.

Monitor product quality and ensure all processes meet required standards.

Support the Production Supervisor in managing and coordinating line activities.

Keep production records, checklists, dashboards, and reports updated and accurate.

Maintain order and discipline within the production line.

Conduct thorough checks and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Manage and reduce production scrap effectively.

Handle and organize operational documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and procedures.

Track and maintain accurate records of raw materials, packaging, and work-in-progress inventory.

Report any production issues or concerns to your superior promptly.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a manufacturing environment.

Strong ability to interpret schedules and efficiently allocate manpower and resources.

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts (8:30 AM – 8:30 PM), including weekends and occasional call-backs.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Capable of enforcing discipline and productivity among team members.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with others.

Results-driven and focused on meeting production targets.
