Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Relationship Manager, located in Sibu. The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing relationships with SME clients, identifying new business opportunities, providing financial advice, and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities also include conducting client meetings, developing customized financial solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or related field
  • At least 3 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in SME Banking or related field. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, specifically in acquiring and managing SME accounts
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong networking and business development skills with the ability to develop and maintain profitable relationships with

SME clients

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
