Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an SME Relationship Manager, located in Kota Kinabalu. The SME Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) clients. Daily tasks include analyzing financial data, providing financial advisory services, developing business strategies, managing credit risk, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires a strong understanding of SME banking products and services.

Qualifications

  • Financial analysis, financial advisory services, and credit risk management skills
  • Experience in developing business strategies and managing client relationships
  • Strong understanding of SME banking products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the banking industry is a plus
