Job Description
  • A sales role where we train and expose the new hires to the art of selling and credit evaluation.
  • Credit skills are essential as this sales involves pitching to SME business owners.
  • This journey will prepare you for a successful career in becoming a Relationship Manager or Team Lead in the future.
The Role Comprises:
  • Responsible for overall business development on SME loan and deposit products.
  • Managing customer relationships with an aim to develop and sustain business flow to achieve the bank’s objectives.
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans, as well as administering and monitoring loan accounts.
  • Solicit and develop new client relationships to grow the SME business.
  • Enhance existing customer relationships and cross-sell the bank's products.
