Job summary

Halliburton Energy Services in Kemaman, Malaysia, seeks an experienced Svc Spec to oversee installation and testing of SmartWell completion equipment at customer sites. You will work with engineering, service coordinators and customers to plan deployment, train operators, and ensure safety compliance.

This role may supervise up to five technicians, participate in pre-/post-job activities, and support quality improvement while delivering high-quality service and strong customer relations.

Qualifications

• Candidates with qualifications that exceed minimum will be considered for higher level roles based on experience and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Oversees installation of the least complex SmartWell completion at the well site in his/her geographic area.
• Works with engineering, applications engineering and service coordinator to deploy and test procedures.
• May supervise up to five employees as shift lead.
• Interacts with customers to promote services and ensure satisfaction.
