Jump Retail Sdn Bhd is hiring a Sales Advisor (Smartphone) at Aeon KL Midtown Mall to deliver exceptional customer service and guide shoppers through product features and comparisons. You will strive to meet monthly sales targets while keeping displays and POS materials neat and compliant with brand policies.

Qualifications

• At least SPM certification.
• 1 year working experience in related field; sales/marketing experience is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure positive shopping experiences.
• Demonstrate and explain product functions and comparisons to customers.
• Achieve or exceed monthly individual and store sales targets.
• Ensure all display areas, demo units, and POS materials are clean, functional, and visually attractive.
• Submit daily or weekly sales reports as required.
• Follow company and brand policies, including grooming standards and code of conduct.
